I am using CRM 365 Online and I am trying to connect to Xrmtoolbox and I am getting below error.
Let me know if I am missing something please?

This works for me!
Try with the latest XRM tool version. After wave 1 2023 update api version 8 is depreciated and not able to create connection. so you need to use the latest XRM tool version and create a connection using dataverse connection method. Also, if you have any proxy then you need to update config.xml

A new way of login XRMtoolbox
Create a new connection
2. Open Microsoft Login Control > Open Microsoft Login Control as highlighted
3. Choose office 365 login credentials to login by selecting the display list of available organizations
Resulted in all the available environments

Hi. Try updating the latest Xrmtoolbox version.
you should also try with a connection string. For example for the German Cloud it is the only solution to connect to your org with XRMToolbox
steps to follow
C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\MscrmTools\XrmToolBox\Connections\
1. delete all the text files in the above folder
2. then you should have a latest Xrm tool box
3. again connect , it will get connected enjoy
