Anyone has good experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce versus other e-commerce platform? Is it worth cost especially Microsoft Sales insist on minimum 20 users license
Frankly I do not understand why Business Central Dynamics 365 users need to look for reasonably priced e-commerce platform when Dynamics 365 Commerce is available and Microsoft can make it available reasonably
Currently, you cannot directly plug D365 e-Commerce into Dynamics 365 BC. Dynamics 365 E-Commerce requires the Commerce HQ (FnO) for all kinds of masters and configurations. A year ago there were some unofficial rumors that the minimum 20 license requirement will be waived off if you want to just use e-Commerce. However. we haven't seen any announcements or updates to licensing doc on that.
