Marketing Attach License - Portal Included?

Dear Community,

Simple question - do I get an extra portal when I purchase the Marketing Application with the "Attach" option - number 3 below:

I understand that there are 3 ways to get the Marketing Application

1. Plan - free if I have Customer Engagement with 10+ seats, no extra portal

2. Standalone - extra portal, some duplicative features as in Customer Engagement

3. Attach - available for purchase if I have Customer Engagement with any number of seats

1. Correct, no extra portal and no other entitlements e.g. Voice of the Customer (VoC)

2. You get Microsoft Social Engagement (MSE), (VoC), a Portal Non-Production/Production instance and Storage

3. The attach for a customer with any number of seats is the same as #1, there is no extra portal or other entitlements
