Set up new project in LCS for AX 2012 R3?

Hi

I am trying to set up a new project in LCS for a new AX 2012 R3 on-premises environment I would like to monitor, but it only offers the Product names: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.  Have Microsoft removed the ability to add R3 environments into LCS?

    You need to activate / change to AX2012 mode in Lifecycle Services: community.dynamics.com/.../lifecycle-services-switch-between-d365fo-mode-and-ax2012-mode
