{AX2012 R3} Create credit note for a customer invoice

Hi,

I'm trying to create a credit note for a customer invoice. I have the new Warehouse management activated. I create a new sales order, then select the Create credit note button in Action pane>Sell. I select a transaction on SalesCopying form, click OK and get the message "License plate specified on a non-license plate controlled location".

Is there something specific in R3 for creating credit notes?

    Neserin, validate your settings under warehouse management -> settings -> inventory -? location profiles versus the storage dimension group supplied on the item you are using in product information management.

    I don't get it. I have different location profiles set up. My storage dimension group is activated for warehouse management processes so it has all the dimensions activated (site, warehouse, license plate, location, inventory status).

    Hi Nesrin,

    Can you log with MS? It's possible that Hotfix KB2986048 will solve it:

    When creating credit note for item shipped from a WMS-enabled Warehouse, you receive the following error:

    License plate specified on a non-license plate controlled location
