For example, a transfer order has 100 lines, and the FROM warehouse location is different on all lines but I have to update a single location (for example "Def") on all lines in the TO warehouse. So is this possible in a single click or will I have to register line by line?

What do you mean precisely with 'to update a single location'? Can you maybe share a screenshot of the scenario?

Hi,

Is it default location? When you want to update the location at the time of creation of Transfer order or while receiving or posting shipment?
