Excel/AX Intregration : Error : "Sequence contains more than one matching element"

When adding 'Data Source' from the Dynamics AX Fasttab in Excel and selecting 'the General ledger "General journal entries (LedgerServices)" i get this error :

"An error occurred. The data in the workbook adn the behavior of any add-ins may not be correct. Consider contacting you system administrator about this problem.

Sequence contains more than one matching element"

Has anyone solved this ? and how ?

Running : AX 2012 R2, SQL 2008 R2, Excel 2010

Has reinstalled the office add-in with same result
