Does anyone know Is this manual is available for NAV2013R2? I did not find it in "training section" of Partner Source.

@Josè. Thanks for the reply but with "Service" I mean the "granule" in NAV: service contract, items and so on... :)

there is no manual released from microsoft for NAV 2013 R2 service management but you can find the training information from e-learning option of partnersource.
Recently, I visited e-learning site for the same service management and learnt the service module. Great tutorial. (just go in e-learning site from partner source and search for "service management in microsoft dynamics nav") :)

If there is one in existence, I would like to find it too.
The last detailed written material for NAV Service Management was a training document. It was named "50224 Service Management" - for NAV 2009.
Unfortunately the content does not exist anymore on PartnerSource and CustomerSource (whereas other courses still can be found).

I have already sent Microsoft my feedback to add the missing content, so maybe at least us partners will get this material soon.
But there is also an online training available: 80597 Service Management in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 (!)
