an order came down to the warehouse we put it up and processed the SO to get it ready for the carrier to come and pick up during the wait we had been told that the customer ordered wrong and cancelled the order now we are stuck with an open order and no way of deleting it from our daily report does anyone know how to make it disappear we have tired the warehouse clean up step and it still shows up and my company has not responded back to our emails asking for some help thanks in advanced
