how to close a shipped order that got cancelled last minute

an order came down to the warehouse we put it up and processed the SO to get it ready for the carrier to come and pick up during the wait we had been told that the customer ordered wrong and cancelled the order now we are stuck with an open order and no way of deleting it from our daily report does anyone know how to make it disappear we have tired the warehouse clean up step and it still shows up and my company has not responded back to our emails asking for some help thanks in advanced

You can view product name in the upper left corner.

i not to sure as i am not much of a computer person the tabs that i open daily say dashboard- finance and operations i just know it as d365 if you can tell me where to check i can get back to you we have very little training on this and no one in my company seems to care to much

Can you tell me what app you are using in D365?
