Unable to Receive PO Due to Critical Stop Error in AX

Hello Everyone,

Can’t figure out why I’m getting this critical stop when trying to receive SKU # on PO, when it’s been received previously on other PO’s. Please help.

And I'm not able to see any financial dimension info as well

Please help!

    Did you uploaded an image with error? We can't see that image.

    Try resetting the usage data from user options.

    Ajit,

    Yes! I tried to upload an image of the infolog I'm getting. It says that I must select a value in the Department field in combination with the dimensions values that are valid. Any idea what could be wrong here?

    Looks like the department you are selecting is not valid as per account structure setup. That department might not be valid for selected main account or other combination. Please review account structure.
