Docusign display child records data with multiple fields

Hi,

I'm new to DocuSign and wondering if anyone ever display child records in DocuSign automatically?

As an example, I want to display all contacts full name with their email address in a DocuSign for an account.

I'm looking for a repeater as it exists for word template
