Progressive Profiling

Hi,

we want to use progressive profiling in forms.

-> when some information is known, it should be asked for other information, i.e. first name is known so we want to define that if this information is already known, the form shouldn't display the first name field but the phone number field

Is it planned to develop this functionality?

    Hello,

    progressive profiling is on our roadmap for a future release. 

    At the moment your option is to offer several marketing forms for different stages in your progressive profiling and use segments that provide different audiences to different forms in your journey flow. This is not super convenient for the marketer right now.

    But we hope that we can come back to dynamic progressive profiling support on marketing forms for a future release.

    I've reviewed the latest release notes but this isn't included. Is this still on the roadmap for a future release? If so does Microsoft have an expected date of release?

    Hello,

    I agree that progressive profiling would significantly improve the user experience and it would also help to get more information about the user.

    This feature is currently on our long-term roadmap for 2023.

    Our main goal for the next release Wave 2 in 2022 is to introduce a new form editor that would fix technical issues of the current editor and it would also enable to easily use Forms in Real-Time Marketing.
