Dear good morning In my company we installed DYNAMICS CRM 2016 3 months ago.
When the forms of the cases are being filled sporadically throughout the day, all fields are deleted.
As a result, they must re-fill out the forms.
Causing dissatisfaction with users, this happens about 5 times a day.
