Pricing - I use a annual price of  .0041 that needs to be billed quarterly at 1/4 that or .001025. GP only has 5 decimal places so I have to round to .00103 which gives a different result when multiplied by the quantity. Any advice?..

Balance it off on the fourth bill?

Sell in larger quantities? so I presume you are selling at the smallest quantity for this item if you are pricing at .0041. But I also presume you are not selling just one quantity? If you sell in multiples of say 100 - then use this as the selling unit of measure and price accordingly - i.e .41?
