I am currently facing the following situation: I have several emails, appointments, and tasks that are not relevant to the dynamics context being tracked. I changed the user settings in Personalization Settings > Email > Track only emails in response to CRM, and yet the emails that are not in response to the CRM email continue to be tracked. I would like to know how to stop tracking these emails as the environment is experiencing storage issues.
As shown in the image, all records have the field regarding to empty.
