System message 6814

Hi Community 

I've Installed Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 FP1 SP2 and Backup a database from a server y then I restored the database on my localhost. getting instlled dynamics and restored database. I open dynamics and i get a message reference system message 6814, when I try to open any work screen .

On details I try to get open exportation customizations and give a message:

SYSTEM MESSAGE 6418

"You have reached the maximum accesses  for this module in TRIALLOC  mode,

Please Restore the TRIAL database"

I hope any help for this problem, it will be to help very much.

    Getting the same error in Solomon 5.5 while accessing Purchase module alone .

    We have tried re-registering the keys in Registration Tab.

    and also the product code are correct in Solinst.cfg and in Solomon.

    Kindly advise me to proceed

    If this is a install of a upgraded version (from say 7.0) go to customersource and get the registration keys for 2011. These keys change upon release of each major version.

    Dynamics SL utilizes a combination of items in the database to compare to the registration keys.  When you get a message like this it is telling you that this combination is no longer valid and the software has resorted to being in trial lock mode.  If you go to Administration and select Registration and go to the registered modules tab you can see if it is showing any register modules and whether they have been unlocked.  In most cases, even if the registration keys have been entered and are showing and are the correct keys for the version you are running, tabbing through the fields will check the unlocked box and this issue will go away.  If that does not work, delete the registration lines and enter your registration keys over again.
