Hello, 
 
I completed Fast Track courses and successfully passed the test for the Success by Design implementation process. I received an email as confirmation. Is there any place I can find the certificate I earned, or how to get credentials?

    Hi,

    Congrats on completing the course! The certificate should appear in your Microsoft Learn profile under Transcript. If it’s not visible yet, it can take some time to sync.

    If it still doesn’t show after 48 hours, contact Microsoft Certification Support here:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/help

    Thank you. It`s been more than 5 days since I took the exam and the certificate is still not there. 
     
    I raised the ticket to Microsoft, and I hope they will support me.

    Microsoft support also gave me some links to support teams, but neither of those is the one that can address this question. 
     
     
    Do you know of any other testing option for the Fast Track for Dynamics 365 with the option to get proof of passing an exam?
