How to revoke access of creating new vendor for all users on all legal entities except one legal entity?

Dear 

i want to revoke the ability to create new vendor for all users in all legal entities except for one legal entity

now i tracked down this all the way to Duty >> Privilege >> Permission  and found permission Vendtablenew and changed it to NO ACCESS , now this took care of revoking the NEW VENDOR button from all legal entities

but i need to make an exception for a single legal entity, what is the smartest way to do that?

    How about overriding aosValidateInsert on VendTable, and returning false for all legal entities but the one where you want to allow it? That would block creation of the vendor when they try to save a new one.

    Add organization to the role and check the result.

    I would suggest to remove the permission from the role you have created. Place that permission in a new role. Add Role the users. Per user you have to assign organizations, Grant acces to specific organizations individually -> select legal entity. That should do it.
