Hello all,

Apologies for this likely simple configuration setting that I cannot seem to find (or find through researching!).

I have a new user within my environment that when printing reports through GP they are populating through the default report viewer. I am unsure how to set it to show up in SRS viewer by default rather than the native viewer.

Users already in this environment print to screen and the reports populate within SRS viewer by default, so I am unsure how this was setup to begin with and how to setup users going forward.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you

Hello,

I have the same issue. I have one user that when printing invoices through GP they are populating through the default report viewer and not through the SRS viewer like other users. The users are using the same terminal server for the GP application and have identical rights in GP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated also! Thanks!
