Hello Experts,
Can someone guide me to configure record level security in D365 f&o , I need to restrict the user by warehouse wise. The user wants to see the records that is only related to particular warehouse or any alternate solutions?
Hi, You can check these articles for Record level security. Alternate solution would be to create Saved view by filtering on specific warehouse (If this requirement is not related to security and only for view purposes).

Record level security is replaced with the Extensible Data Security (XDS) framework. I made an example before. You can find details on my blog and download the example to get a quick start.

For that you can create a XDS query, policy and you can assign that to a role. Please check the below link.
