We are running Great Plains in a virtual environment (VMware VDI), installed on a parent machine that feeds a floating pool of computers that users log into to use the program. We are having an issue when a user tries to generate and print a utility bill; a window pops up asking for administrative permission to run "SQL Reporting Software". If I authenticate with admin credentials it works, and remains working until the machine is powered off. Then, the issue arises again. Assuming it was an issue with UAC on the Windows 7 parent machine, I turned UAC off, and then refreshed the pool based on that image. However, users are still encountering the pop up asking for admin permission to run the SQL Reporting Tool. Can someone here help with this and suggest a solution?
Thanks!
Rick
