Issue related Asset Management maintenance plans

Maintenance wants the WO can be created on 200 hours for 250 counters, or less 50 hours before reaching 250 hours.
currently, we must wait for the asset hours to be equal to or greater than 250 hours to create a WO.
If it is less than 250 hours, then the WO can’t be created, and the service can’t be performed.

is there any option we can create work order before its crossed counters.

- Adjust Maintenance Plans: Check if there is a pre-maintenance buffer setting that allows early WO creation.
- Modify Maintenance Schedule: Configure a tolerance or pre-maintenance window to trigger WOs before reaching 250 hours.
- Use a Custom Workflow: Automate WO creation at 200 hours using Power Automate or Logic Apps.
- Customization (If Needed): Modify the Asset Management module to support flexible WO triggers.
