Apply standard disclaimer message to all Dynamics outbound email

We would like to have all emails sent from our Dynamics system to contain standard disclaimer language that users cannot modify or remove. We would like to do this without setting organization-wide defaults in MS Exchange Server. Is there any way to do this strictly inside of MS Dynamics?

Hi Angelo Pasquale,

Any text inserted into the body of an email may be modified unless you use an image instead.
If you are using marketing, you can prevent custom content from being modified by using content blocks.

Perhaps you could try creating a power automate to add content to the email after it is sent.
