Hide owner teams in Assign or owner field

Hi,

I want to give bulk users same level of security roles. Therefore, i am thinking to create owner/security team so that i can apply security roles to it and all members in that group will have same security roles applied.

However, i dont want to this team to be available in ASSIGN or OWNER field lookup. How can i achieve this.

Please guide.

HI,

You can't really apply filtering on Owner field. But what you can do is to create a real time workflow on Create and Assign of your record to check if Team = Your team the throw an exception.
