We created new items and were unable to search the items on POS. We referred ( How to: Control When to Update Search Index and POS Buffer (lsretail.com) document from LS Central to try to enable automatic update for the Search Index, however we were still unable to see the Item on the POS Main Screen search unless we updated it manually. We did observe that the item was visible via the Item Finder.
Find the attached screenshot of the POS functionality profile and let us know if we are missing anything.

Hi Siddhi,
The configuration looks alright there may be some other issues within LS Central itself a work-around that we used for this was to create a Scheduler Job with the Codeunit and set it up so that it runs automatically. Refer to the following screenshot for a sample Scheduled Job.
