Recurring General Journal for A/P Monthly Rent

Hi:

I'm trying to Preview Post what I thought was a complete General Recurring Journal for monthly rent for an A/P clerk to use.

But, the application is telling me that the line if out of balance by the amount that I entered.

Also, the No. Series apparently is not placing a number in the Document No. field.

How do I overcome these issues?
