Hello all,

I have tow users, both listed as even super admins, but they are unable to select the "+New" button on the chart of accounts page, to create a new general ledger. I have another 2 users, and they can do everything. On the users page, the two that can do everything have this "Internal Adminstrator" under licenses, whereas the other two do not. What am I missing? Thanks.

I have the same question (0)

Hi, It looks like you are using a trial tenant and the trial period has expired.

You can check and extend your trial period using the methods below.

    Hello.

We had the trial license, but have the business central premium license as well. We had one license for premium and 3 for business central team members.

    Hello,

You can remove the current assigned licenses for the users have issues, wait a 15 - 30 minutes to have the changes propagate and then reassign the correct license again.

Hopefully this will resolve the issue, if not, feel free to raise a ticket to Microsoft support via your partner or CSP.

    Thank you.

If they are using a team member license.

Adding data to the G/L accounts is not covered by that license. They need a ordinary license to do that task.

    Hello,

Query the Tenant License state ?table=2000000189  ( businesscentral.dynamics.com/tenant ID?table=2000000189 ) to check if you are still on trial period or not.

If the trial period ended and was not extended, please follow up please solution delivered by Yun Zhu or contact a Microsoft CSP to purchase D365 BC subscriptions.

    Hope this helps,
