Hello team,
Stuck with UI part of CRM on Premise 2015 versions.
Currently below version is showing to me,
but according to client it should be as below(expected version),
Can you please let me know variation of on Premise version of CRM 2015, moreover which can give me client expected version.

The screen layout below was introduced in CRM 2016 and changed slightly in Dynamics 365 update.
EDIT:
You can determine the exact version by asking the client to perform these steps:
1. Search for the gear icon in the top right corner and click it
2. click on "about"
3. send a screenshot of the window popup.
