is there a tool in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains particularly version 8 in audit trail where you can validate all the action or changes made by the the users like saving, modify, deleting in a particular tables or windows and validate the previous and new record/data Thanks - rai-

    How do yo mean 'Validate'? Are you comparing the data to something? What are you validating the data against. GOP does validata data but only to its rules - ie is it the correct date format etc.
