Hope someone can help me with this its driving me crazy.

I am carrying out a import to a User lookup field but with one user they keep coming up with a duplicate error detection. This particular user was employed a couple of years ago and left but has now returned to the business.

The system seems to think there is a second user with he same credentials but we just re-enabled there previous 365 account?

any ides or assistance is greatly appreciated

Thanks

Colin

    Hello Colin365Bell,

You can use the re-assign all records option:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../assign-or-share-records
