Purchase Order approval User misssing

Hi All,

I have a client where the Purchase Order Approval User Setup is missing a User. I have checked the POA40002 tale and the user is not in the table. This was a new user that had been added. The other users are in the table and appear in the setup window.

Is it OK to just insert the user into this table using SQL, or does it link with another table?

GP version 2013.

    I would never recommend adding the user on the database level, The users which appears on the "Approval Setup" are to be defined from the System Level, Tools > Setup > System > User. which in turns are stored in (SY01400) System User Master

    I would suggest re- adding the user through the user setup window and grant the access on the associated company, then check the approval setup window.
