
In my CRM online - brand new organization, I have two system jobs just stuck, Collection Organization Stats, and Storage Limit Notification, then a Bulk Delete on Sampledata wont finish, and now my imports are just in progress... Is there anything I can do to fix? Or does anyone know anyway to get after hours / weekend tech support on CRM backend issues from MS? I called in a few numbers and either got office is closed or the lady whom I spoke to just make a ticket for Monday and didn't know how I could get support after hours... Trying to finish a migration from an on-prem to crm online this weekend for a Monday launch and looks like its not going to happen...I'd pay for it if I knew what to buy or who to pay...

I have the same question (0)Are you able to cancel the jobs which are stuck? You can create a support ticket from O365 portal to get assistance however, you will get a response only during normal business hours.
