I am getting the below error for an Australian bank account and I have rechecked all the settings per the setup guide.

This journal batch is not set up for EFT processing. You can not create the EFT file from this journal.

From the top of the page, you'll see a Journal Batch name specified. click on the 3 dots and the Batch List will open. Near your batch name, you'll find a column corresponding to "EFT", mark that as TRUE and try exporting your ABA again
