Dear

we have a payment that has been marked as settled But not posted yet

is there a way or a query that i can run to find out which UN-POSTED journal is linking to this payment?

is there a way to remove this from inside the table without getting any negative repercussions

regards

In the Settle open transaction form, click Inquiry button and choose Specifications

    Hi,

    Here is an example:

Select your vendor and the settle open Transactions form

    paym2.png

Then find the marked Transaction and select specificiation

Finally identify the Journal and voucher and open the Journal if you like

    Best regards,

    Hi Silvano,

Do you know if somebody already tried fixing this issue by deleting some records in your database?

In any case, I would get a developer involved who can help you with that especially that only a single transaction is affected.

Would be great if you could keep us posted here.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
