One of our suppliers has Business Central and say that they are unable to send shipping notes via email in PDF format and also in data exchange format like XML, JSON, EDI, etc., to automatically process these documents in our backend system. The data exchange files may be shared through email, but preferable shared through a SFTP server or Azure storage account. And the data exchange files don't have to be shared directly after posting the sales order and may be shared daily.

What are the possibilities in BC? Or maybe use Power Automate to extract the posted shipping notes from the BC backend?

Just select the the condition at the first page where you can select "Daily" with time while creating a flow in power automat .

So it will not fire all time and at the end of the day it executed.
