Hello:
Upon trying to send a test e-mail from the Workflow Setup window of GP 2015 (14.00.0619), I get the following error:
An error occurred in the Microsoft .NET Framework while trying to load assembly id 65564. The server may be running out of resources, or the assembly may not be trusted with PERMISSION_SET = EXTERNAL_
Any ideas?

I still need assistance, with this. Per that article, I tried changing the database owner. And, I'm not sure what to do on that second script. Also, what database do I run this script against.
That article is not very clear to me, on how to eliminate that error.

On the first method discussed on that page, I cannot tell which database to run the script against. I hope that it's not the master database, because I'm nervous about making changes to the master database. Anyway, which database do I run the script against?
Likewise, the second method suggests running a script against the master database. I'm not so sure that I want to do that.
Is it safe to make such changes to the master database?
