Hello,
On the Outlook form for email tracking there is an option to "Change Regarding" to change the company the email is tracked to.
I, as an Admin, can see this option. But my users can't. I am trying to find out what is required for users to be able to see this option?
Users don't have permission on "Deletes" currently. This is because we don't want to open up deletes for all kinds of data.
Can someone guide us on this?

I created a new user with user level write permission and without delete permissions of Activity and this user could also see and use the "Set Regarding" button in App for outlook.
So please make sure that your users have at least user level write permission to Activity.
