Although it isn't supported, is it compatible?

I am attempting to install FRx on a Windows 8 machine for the first time. From what I have done in the past, I go to Version 9, then to 12. I can not get the Version 9 upgrade to install - I get error messages. What steps did you use? If you could, please contact me at kmoran23 @ cox . net .

    Thanks!

I've gotten it installed on Windows 8, but certain parts of FRx won't work.  I haven't been able to get Report Server or WebPort working; part of it Windows 8 and part of it is 64-bit.  FRx isn't compatible with either, since no testing was done.  So while you may be able to get it installed and running, technically FRx is not support or compatible with Windows 8.

I have installed FRx 6.7 with SP 12 successfully on Windows 8.
