How to get info from Assembly BOM table in power bi

Hi everyone,

My company is using Business Central and Power BI (reporting). I would like to query the "Assembly BOM" table present in Business Central in order to join "co-pack articles" with their child articles.

At the moment I cannot see the "posted sales shipment" table from the "Get Data" tab. 

Is there any reasons why I cannot access this table from Power BI using the "Dynamics 365 Business Central" query connector? Any workaround?

    So you need to create a webservice for the BOM table?

    Is it a question to us? The answer is: we don´t know. We need to have the Assembly BOM data in POWER BI and although we have imported all table from Business Central we still dont see the Assembly BOM one.

    Does anyone know why?

    Not all tables are made available out of the box.  Additional web services may need to be built (very easy to do) so they are available in PowerBI.  Do a search on web services from the BC help.

    The best thing to do is to create one or multiple query objects, in a PTE, to serve as datasources for your Power BI report.
