    Hi..

Main reason for this error is you don't have read permission on those records, you need to give required permission to user.

Another reason is when there are multiple forms it might be deleted one and deleted form was you last accessed or cached for your account. you need to clear browse cache to solve this issue.

    hope this will help..

Thanks for the quick response, User has read permissions to view the records as you can see the view in the screen cast.

There is only one form for the entity.

I tried clearing the cache and tried to open the record I got same error.

check is there any other entities subgrid or quick view forms included in case form and user has permission to access those records.

Also looks like you are on on-prem version, so you can check event log from server when user is trying to access case record, then you will find exact permissions user is missing.

Pls, check user is having privileges on the lookups like Account, Responsible contact etc.

    Hi,

Please ensure that the security role/s provided to user have read permission for all related entities associated with case either as a lookup or Sub grid etc.

To add to Alok's answer you can turn on tracing and search the trace log for prvRead and you will find the entity they are missing.  If you try to troubleshoot that way, you are going to have to do it multiple times so as you work through the different lookups.  But it is a good way of finding something that isn't obvious which entity you are looking for read permissions to.
