We have some users who are trying to print invoices and select Screen as a destination option. It used to open Word to display the invoice without issue. However recently it stopped opening word completely. I've tried deleting the users local profile on the GP server, but no change. This is happening for multiple users, though strangely not all users. Any ideas? I know very little about the underpinnings of GP.
