Printing Invoice from Dynamics 365 Portals - customer service

Hi,

I am able to display the list of invoices and its details in the portal but I not able to print the invoice report from the portal.

Could you suggest the best way to implement printing invoice from portal?

    Yes..

    I was able to generate it as A4 sized HTML and then print as I wanted..

    Hi Ridwan,

    Another option which I tried is to display a HTML invoice on details page and print it using default functionality of browser (Hit Print or Ctrl + P and Save as PDF).

    But it wipes out any css and makes the invoice (output PDF) black and whie.. I am still working on it.

    Thank you Martijn for your suggestion. I created the process to generate the invoice document and send the same through email to the contact.

    I don't thinks it's possible to print a proper invoice from the portal. Best option would be to provide a pdf document to the portal user. However, you need a process in CRM to create such a document.
