Hi,

I get an unexpected error in CRM when trying to open a CRM link from an Email. It works when using In-private mode on Browser.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance!

Could you enable plugin tracelog and see if you get any error?

And if it works for you In Private, i would try on different browser or profile (Chrome) and see if it works for you.

It could be the browser session cache causing this issue

    RE: Issues with Unexpected Error

    Hello,

    Is it online or on-premises?

If it is on-premises, you can check the event viewer on the crm server for more details.

    Hope this helps!
