Dynamics 365 is there any possibility that we can check bpf is applied to a record.

Hello All Experts,

I need to know whether it is possible to get the records which are not assigned with any bpf using code .

any support will be appreciable.

    What are the fields available there under StageID please share . For me I can see the contains data options.

    Below is the screenshot.

    in your case it is in first line but in my case it's in next line.

    also cases in my case is custom entity.

    Hello Gautam,

    But how is it possile i am not able to apply filter condition as above.

    in my case i am getting columns under the Stage Id (Process Stage) and not able to choose the filter as you mentioned above.

    Hi ,

    Yes its possible , go to advanced find and select the entity and in the condition choose StageId = Does not contains data.

    Do you want filter records which are not assigned so far using BPF? if Yes, it is possible.
