Remote Assist feature available in GCC High

I've seen a few post regarding remote assist in a GCC High environment, but my GCC High licensing agent states the feature is not available.  Can anyone confirm the license is available?  We're looking to leverage the MS Hololens device for technical tool support in remote locations.

    Please find this relevant documentation: docs.microsoft.com/.../remote-assist-government-community-cloud

    GCC High should be available for Remote Assist on HoloLens but not on mobile.
