How to Add Multiple Comments to an Invoice?

Hi everyone, quick question. When invoicing, we typically have at least 2 different comments - a thank you note, tax note and etc. How can you add multiple comments to an Invoice in GP?

Thanks!

    Babu,

On second thought, I'm fairly sure what I need to do is edit my invoice in report writer for more description style notes and use your bit about comment IDs for the others - still new to all of GP.

    Thanks :)

So you're saying combine the two comments? How about more specific comments/descriptions? Can you only have one "comment/comment id" entered per invoice?

    Thanks Babu

    Hi Kimberly,

If this is the standard comments then you can add a comment ID and enter your comments on that so it will get printed on invoice.
