Hello!
BC allows you to put multiple sales orders on a warehouse shipment. These sales orders do not need to be for the same customer or for the same address. My question for this is there a way to have guardrails to keep people from making mistakes?
We have an extension for shipping called Dynamic Ship so for us it does not make sense to have customers with different addresses on the same warehouse shipment. I cannot seem to find any settings around limiting what can be combined, if there is any settings for it at all.
I have tried:
- turning off combine shipments setting on the customer
- changing the shipping advice to complete
- tried with both these options together
Any help, even if its "this is not a feature or setting" would be great.
