Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

"Enable SLA" doesn't show

Hey everybody!!

I need to add SLA to the account, and I read this post

https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crmteamblog/archive/2016/06/08/how-to-configure-slas

and it make me crazy, because in my entity form there isn't "enable SLA" check, neither in case entity.

Any idea to help me??

    Make sure SLAs are turned on:

    Settings > Administration > System Settings >> Service Tab
