Project Controller Flexible Key Maintenance - Year is not valid

Hi,

When entering a new project ID for a new project, the following error arises when I input 201408 "Year is not Valid".  If I change the ID to be 201407, the error does not populate.  Does anyone know where I can go to correct this error?

    Have you checked in Project Controller, Fiscal Period Maintenance, does that period exist there?

    Hi Patty,

    Thank you for getting back to me.  When I look at the Fiscal period Maintenance, the screen is blank.  Is there something I need to do to look at the periods?

    If the error occurs when entering the project id, it sounds more like a code type has been set up.  Check Flexible Key Maintenance - bring up project.  Look for a code in Code Type. If there is a code, go to code file Maintenance and review the list of values.
