You can't change it in CRM online. One option to export more than 10000 records is either use reports or POWER BI for online.  We recommended using power BI for most of our customers as it automatically refreshes the data without going to crm.

Below post provides all the steps required to connect crm in power BI

    Thanks for the info!!!

when i try to connect i get:

"Cannot connect to the specified feed. Verify the connection and try again. Reason: For security reasons DTD is prohibited in this XML document. To enable DTD processing set the DtdProcessing property on XmlReaderSettings to Parse and pass the settings into XmlReader.Create method."

    Sorry, My Fault,

I was trying to access using PowerPivot "oDada Feed"

Reinstaled (It was already shown under add-ins) PowerQuery addin for excel and following your guide it is working. Sadly it is taking forever to download the rows....

So far I got only 1800 rows in more than 10 minutes... ^__^

    Hi Antonio,

I'm sorry to say the previous answer is not correct.

You can update the value, to do so contact Microsoft Support and tell them what you want.

They will most likely send you a tool to change the value yourself.

    Good luck,

    Hello Antonio,

You could modify the internal register to increase limit for export to Excel.

As Remon told you can contact Microsoft support and they can help you or download a solution to modify it by your own.

Remember to maintain register with 10,000 elements (default) if you are not going to export several ítems in a future.
